Lando did an awesome job on our carpet. He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and was very thorough. He vacuumed everything first, pre-treated the carpet, and then did a full professional extraction. He was done in about 40 minutes and the carpets looked noticeably better immediately afterward. Everything felt clean and refreshed without the process dragging on all day. Fair pricing, great results, and very easy to work with. I'd definitely use Shepard's Carpet Cleaning again.

Originally highly recommended by a few of my neighbors. Exceptional customer service by Lando, he answered all my questions and gave a reasonable quote to get my bedrooms cleaned (been 4 years of use with multiple dogs). Lando arrived promptly and was quick to get everything done, he also came back the next morning when a few spots rose up again. Amazing service and I honestly gave up on my carpet before he worked on it. I def know who to recommend and reach out to for service now.
