Lando Shepard started this business to do things right — show up on time, use safe products, and leave your home cleaner than he found it.
From the ground up
Lando Shepard spent years working for other carpet cleaning companies in Austin, learning the trade from the inside out. He saw what worked, what didn't, and — most importantly — what customers actually deserved.
In 2008, he went out on his own. Not to build a big franchise, but to run a business the way he believed it should be run: show up when you say you will, do the job thoroughly, and treat every home like it's your own.
More than 15 years later, Shepard's Carpet Care is still owner-operated. When you call, you're talking to Lando. When we show up, it's Lando. That accountability is something you can't get from a call center.
